Puja is very responsive and answered my questions thoroughly prior to me placing my order. These curtains shipped a few days late, but once shipped they were delivered in a timely manner. The quality is excellent - thick linen with a second layer of cotton behind it, so they block a lot of light. The embroidery is beautiful and all stitching seems to be strong, so i expect that these will last. The packaging was lovely (and protected the curtains well during their journey), and a quick run through the dryer released the wrinkles that resulted from them being folded and wrapped.
