Returns and exchanges within 14 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. The usual shipping time is 4-7 business days. The actual time may vary due to season rush or customs clearance in the receiving country (for overseas orders).
